Seasonal Availability Guide
Most of La Queen Produce's tropical program is year-round through origin rotation. This guide highlights peak windows and planning considerations for major categories.
Year-round programs
Plantains, yuca, malanga, calabaza, chayote, limes, mangoes, coconuts, ginger, and red bell peppers are available year-round through rotating origin supply.
Peak windows worth planning around
Even within year-round programs, peak windows allow promotional pricing and category lift.
- Mangoes — strongest peaks during Peruvian and Ecuadorian high seasons
- Dragon fruit — peak supply windows from Nicaragua and Ecuador
- Passion fruit — strongest supply windows out of Colombia and Ecuador
- Limes — supply tightens at specific seasonal transitions; plan ad weeks accordingly
